Liked: Everyone was so nice, from the wonderful young woman who checked us in to the guest we met while there! Fairfield by Marriott has now become our hotel of choice.
Disliked: Honestly nothing they I can think of.

Adequate hotel for the price...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean
Disliked: Staff at the front desk. Not welcoming or friendly. Offered no useful information.

Decent Stay

Liked: The person working the breakfast was so sweet. She offered to help me and was just so kind! I appreciated her so much. Always a smile.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. I had trouble sleeping on it. Housekeeping missed a dirty wash rag that was left hanging on the shower rod by the previous guests. It dropped on me when I got in the shower. I did tell the front desk when I checked out. Just thought housekeeping might not think to look there. And while I was having coffee downstairs in the morning (before breakfast was open), two employees at the front desk were talking, saying things they shouldn't, especially around guests. I assumed they didn't see me and the few others scattered about. We stay at this specific hotel every time we're in Chattanooga because we love the hotel, the staff, the breakfast, everything. This is the first time I've been disappointed. Things were just off this time.
