Though there was the discrepancy regarding my credit card, for the most part the customer service was good. The hotel was quiet, clean and in a good location to the venue that I was attending and restaurant. They provided breakfast with a variety of options to choose from and I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to others as well.

Disliked: I prepaid for the room. Upon my arrival I was asked for my card and a forty dollar hold was placed on my account without telling me. I only noticed the forty dollar hold when I checked my account and was given an explanation after I inquired about it.

Convenient to UVA and accessible...

Liked: Very convenient to hospital. Nice breakfast options. Adequate workout facilities. Rooms and doorways are large enough for my mother to maneuver with walker/wheelchair.
Disliked: Bathrooms are a little old and outdated. Heating unit smoked and set off fire alarm in our room.

Liked: The staff was great, as was the location. I have no complaints about the hotel.
Disliked: I tried to change the dates for the reservation, but Booking.com did not allow me to do this on the app. I never received a response after I spoke on the phone with a representative, although she said I would within 24 hours.
