Though there was the discrepancy regarding my credit card, for the most part the customer service was good. The hotel was quiet, clean and in a good location to the venue that I was attending and restaurant. They provided breakfast with a variety of options to choose from and I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to others as well.

Liked: The location to the venue.
Disliked: I prepaid for the room. Upon my arrival I was asked for my card and a forty dollar hold was placed on my account without telling me. I only noticed the forty dollar hold when I checked my account and was given an explanation after I inquired about it.

Familiar and convenient

Liked: The facility is always clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a very nice breakfast and the workout room was adequate. The location is convenient and the staff friendly.
Disliked: There were no towels in the work out room this time and the filtered water dispenser was dispensing lukewarm water. Also, I wish they would stop asking "what's the reason for your stay?" every time I check in. It's invasive and uncomfortable.

Liked: Location -close to UVA Hospital. Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was very nice (with the exception of the egg dishes). The staff kept it super clean.
Disliked: The egg dishes. The breakfast sandwiches were very greasy. I would have liked to see the waffle maker out more often.

Liked: I like everything about this location. The hotel was very clean and had everything you could need. The staff members were able to tell us about the hotel and anything that helped us maneuver around the hotel. We appreciated how friendly they were.
Disliked: I didn't find anything I didn't like, the facility was very clean, inside and out.
