Liked: I did not like anything about the property. From the moment you entered the hotel it smell bad. front desk lady who checked us in was the rudest person I have ever experienced at a front desk hotel. She mess up our check-in and we ask to speak with the manager, we told that he is not available. We didn’t get to speak with him not until the next day and still our situation was not resolved. The next day we came into our room it smell like smoke and had the house lady who was on our floor check it and she said that the smoke was coming from the vent in the room. Ask to talk with the manager since Saturday afternoon he never responded back to me. So the front desk lady try to put us in a different room, every room smell like smoke or it was a double room connected with someone else room. We were staying there for four days and it was a nightmare.
Disliked: I didn’t not like the smell of the hotel and the front desk service and the manager not responded back. Terrible service and customer service. I rate this hotel a zero.
