Disliked: Room was disappointing. Strange smell (perhaps the carpet or AC filters were dirty). Housekeeping never stopped by to change towels or check on things. The coffee Keurigs in my room only contained decaf. No proper water refill station on the first floor.

Liked: I came here because I could not get to Asheville due to hurricane. came by train, no car, dropped off by Lyft at 9:30 am. Stacy kindly checked me in early so I would not have to wander til 3:00 check in. So Kind, Coconut said she would hold my luggage until my ride arrived and Yolanda extended my stay until my ride would get here. Love those wonderful kind souls. thanks and bless them. They are treasures and it is a wonderful hotel.
