Overall, our stay was amazing...

Liked: The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Lisa felt like family by the time we left. She checked in with us every day to see how our wedding weekend was going and made sure we had everything we needed. She was extremely helpful with restaurants and fun things to do in Charleston.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok, but I thought it could have had more hot options.

DID NOT STAY AT ThE...

Liked: NOTHING! We did not stay at the property. We checked in 11:25 pm on October 5 , 2024 and checked out by 11: 55 pm. October 5, 2024. Despite what my emailed receipt states from the hotel. We ended up driving all night (6 hours) to get home. We never even unloaded the car or went up to the room. We were offered to park across the electric car charging station not on the property. We did not want to take a chance of getting a ticket. There was parking spot on the hotel property with a trailer taking up a parking spot. Heather “manager” told me when I mentioned the trailer taking up the parking spot stated that they rent out the parking spot to a person who is a regular customer and they take care of their regular repeat customers. Was this hotel a franchise? She told us we park on the street and then we saw a paid security company circling the parking lot. We won’t be using your company ever again. We paid a lot of money for nothing. Heather may have canceled our room but since we used your service a third party she couldn’t help us.
Disliked: There wasn’t enough parking spaces for customers.

Very good

Liked: We were just traveling through on our way to OBX NC. Checking in late, and left very early in the a.m. before breakfast was available. The stay was comfortable and served our purpose for a bed to crash in.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Room smelled of mildew and mold. The bathroom sink was unbearable with the mildew smell. Wifi did not work.
