Liked: Everyone except the person that worked at breakfast station was exceptionally nice and welcoming, I don't know what was going on with this woman that made her have such a bad attitude, she was not friendly or helpful at all but my husband and myself were so impressed by how everyone else seemed to make sure we enjoyed our stay there that we didn't let her interaction with us impact how we felt about our stay there, if we ever visit Charleston again Fairfield Inn University is where we will stay.
Disliked: Other than the rude lady that ran the breakfast buffet there was nothing that we didn't like and we didn't let her rude behavior and negative attitude deter our feelings about how much we enjoyed our stay at your place.

Liked: They were very helpful with my wife and I. We are from Georgia and our son had been in accident in South Carolina. They let us check in early and a late. Check out. Housekeeper Ferinda was very friendly.

Amazing

Liked: The hotel was very clean, it had a safe environment. A great location with shops/stores nearby. Location of food and gas stations near by. The main tourist beach is only less than 49 mins away from here. They had amazing customer service.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn’t like.
