Liked: Very clean and friendly staff

Good

Liked: Friendly staff, the beds was comfortable.
Disliked: There wasn't a table in the room or a sitting area in the room. There were some ants in the room, and breakfast should have had more options .

Awesome stay, would come again.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was great and room was comfy.
Disliked: Walls are super thin and you can hear people walking. Other than that, great stay!

Hotel was welcome sight to...

Liked: Staff were awesome. Breakfast was good. Room was nice.

Lack of communication

Disliked: We arrived 2 am at the hotel and the front desk agent told us that they have canceled our reservation due to not show up. There wasn’t such as information on booking app. They didn’t contact us through phone or booking app, and when we asked if we can get a room they said that they don’t check in after 2am and the next possible check in is 3pm the next day. They literally “kick us” out 3am. He told us that we are going to get a refund because of cancellation and Marriott will take care of it but again there is not proof of the cancellation and we didn’t receive any cancellation notice on booking. Currently booking app shows that we stayed there but we didn’t.

It was very nice sand...

Liked: It was really clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. The service desk attendants were really nice. It was in walking distance of the mall
Disliked: Needed better pillows, otherwise everything else was great.

Disappointing

Liked: They had a sewage problems the order was in my room.
Disliked: The smell

Liked: I loved the area it was located. Was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Disliked: Hotels as a general statement are pushing the value envelope with their current rates.
