Liked: We really enjoyed our stay, and we want to thank you for the excellent service provided by the reception team. The rooms were spacious, the shower was wonderful, and everything was very convenient.The only thing missing in the room was drinking water. However, we appreciated the coffee available at the reception, which was a nice touch. For a hotel of this level, the breakfast was perfectly fine, but it would be great to see proper cutlery instead of plastic utensils.All in all, we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you again for making our visit so enjoyable!

Liked: The room aesthetic was nice, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was updated and clean and the night receptionist (a tall man) was very attentive. I would have rated the property a 10 if it was not for the paid parking. Thank you!
Disliked: I did not like having to pay for parking and that there were very few spaces to park as a woman in the dark. The parking in the back is not well lit and is not visible to anyone. Does the hotel have cameras back there?

Additionally, the facility featured separate settings for makeup removal, adding a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. Overall, the cleanliness and attention to detail in this property truly stood out. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay.
Disliked: In the facility that aimed for modern convenience, our experience highlighted a series of design flaws that significantly detracted from the overall comfort and usability of the space. One of the first challenges I encountered was the operation of two televisions with a single remote control. Initially, both TVs responded simultaneously, leading to confusion and frustration. Staff attempted to clarify the situation, stating that it was necessary to maintain a distance of several inches from one TV to prevent interference from the remote. This workaround, while accommodating, felt overly complicated for what should have been a straightforward operation.The peculiarities of the layout extended to the sliding door, which was intended to provide access either to a coat closet or a designated space for a coffee maker. Unfortunately, users were unable to utilize both areas simultaneously, creating unnecessary inconvenience and limiting accessibility.In terms of lighting, the design choices further complicated matters. Each wall switch was dedicated to a single light fixture, leaving the space inadequately illuminated without a main switch to control the overall room lighting. This segmentation left the room feeling dim and restrictive, as guests had to navigate multiple switches for sufficient visibility.Additionally, the placement of the toilet paper holder raised practical concerns. Positioned inconveniently, users were left with two unappealing options: remove the roll before sitting down or turn 180 degrees to access the paper after taking a seat. Such a design decision overlooked basic considerations of user comfort and convenience.In conclusion, while the intent behind the design of this facility may have been to promote modernity, the execution fell short in several critical areas. Addressing these functional limitations would greatly enhance the guest experience and contribute to a more seamless and enjoyable stay.
