The valet parking guy was awesome and friendly. My complaint is, I went for breakfast and when I got back to my room my key card didn't work. The desk attendant was quite rude about it, made me feel bad like it was my fault and then made me show my ID when I got back in my room. He could use some customer service training since, as I patiently waited at the desk, he was flirting with a group of female guests. Due to this and the fact I couldn't close the curtains I will not be a returning patron. It was very clean though and my breakfast was good. Big thank you to the valet dude too!

Liked: Location excellent. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Only had hot water in shower in mornings. As the day went on hot water got cooler so by end of day if you wanted hot shower after 4pm it was cold

Liked: Great location in downtown. Walking distance to the main attractions such as Calgary Tower and Stephen Avenue. Nice breakfast and very clean rooms.
Disliked: Paid parking.

Great staff and value for...

Liked: Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with. Our room was clean and breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and close to our venue for the show we flew in to see. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget friendly travelers.
