Nice front desk, disgusting room

Liked: Staff, they were amazing. Every single one of them was very helpful and nice. I had an issue with my reservation and I was worried but by their help, it got resolved so well. Asking me if I want a bottle of water when checking out which was extremely nice of him, and yes I would love to stay again if I go to the area again, but. Yes, there's but.
Disliked: The room seemed clean and nice but when the moment you interact with whatever in the room, you realize it's not. The desk was I don't know why but very sticky. I couldn't define what it was I decided not to use my laptop there. And the chair, chair had some crumbs all over, whatever they were from.
