Successful and enjoyable!

Liked: The hotel staff, particularly a younger man named Matt, was exceptional. We didn’t realize the pool and hot tub were out of commission - we came to that hotel for that reason with our kids for New Year’s Eve. Matt gave us a few options and ultimately called the adjacent hotel and we were able to use their pool for the evening. We thought our fun New Years Eve tradition would be ruined - it ended up being awesome! Rooms were nice - big and very clean!
Disliked: Both the pool and hot tub were closed (the hot tub was practically black) - this wasn’t noted on any 3rd party site or the hotels own website and was the only reason we booked this hotel.

Disliked: Hot tub was out of order. Called ahead of time to check they had a hot tub and no one bothered to tell me it has been out of order for months. Housekeeping was only every other day. Fridge in room was set so cold, that it FROZE our food solid. No almond milk at breakfast. Brown bananas. Not enough healthy cereal options.
