Disliked: We left my wife and son's winter coats in closet when we check out. I called the next day and front desk said they would check and then told us there were no coats there and that the GM would have to call us. He didn't call so a few days later we called him. He said he doubts us but would look into this and get back to us. He never got back to us so I followed up again. He said they are not there. I said they were when we left and he said I doubt it and he trusts his staff. I then said you have cameras so did you look at them? Maybe you will see something when they cleaned the rooms. He said he would check and get back to us. We never heard back from the GM again.

Liked: Staff very friendly, room clean, bed comfortable
Disliked: Door lock broken and could only be locked by slamming the door, bathroom lighting very dim, all items in refrigerator frozen solid, no adjustment capability in refer, no TV remote, tiny closet, room temp control had only 2 positions -off and bake, leaky ceiling, no safe in room, There was a safe in the lobby but nobody knew the combination, no luggage stand, clock set to wrong time and could not be adjusted, no USB charging ports, cups not sanitized and wrapped, toilet seat not sanitized, there was a pen but no note pad

Liked: The hotel and the room were so nice and clean. The staff was fantastic.
Disliked: There wasn't really anything I didn't like

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room we stayed had peeling paint and water stain above the shower & tub.

Liked: Very close to where I had to go to work.
Disliked: That my room wasn’t cleaned at all during my stay.
