Despite the lack of housekeeping...

Liked: Very close to where I had to go to work.
Disliked: That my room wasn’t cleaned at all during my stay.

I will not stay there...

Liked: Location was convenient for visiting relatives nearby and close to several restaurants and main highways.
Disliked: 1)When checking in, I had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone (a Manager?) to come to the front desk (I think he was out having a smoke). He was very apologetic, but that didn't help. Poor customer service.2) When I got to my room, the AC unit was very loud, so I asked for my room to be changed. When the same guy (and a coworker) brought my new room key, they didn't even offer to help me with my luggage!!!! How rude.3) The TV in the new room DID NOT WORK (no service). I left a message at the front desk when I left for lunch. When I returned, nobody got the message. I asked someone to look at it, they offered to change my room -- AGAIN. I was not interested in doing that. Two guys (including the same overly-apologetic manager) messed around for 15 minutes trying to figure out why I wasn't getting any service. I suggested a loose cable, which was the issue. They got it to work, but he said he'd be back in 20 minutes with a new cable. HE NEVER RETURNED!4) The "smoking" area seems to be right outside the main entrance doors (at least that's where some chairs are placed). It's very offensive for non-smokers to have to walk through that smokey area.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was near our destination
Disliked: The breakfast did not have many choices. Toaster took forever to toast. some food that should have ben hot was cold. there was not an appropriate garbage can for food etc. We had issues with our key cards they had to be repeatedly rekeyed requiring mutiple trips to the front desk. Also we noticed that a side door was held open with a rock which compromises the security of the hotel.
