Liked: Location, it was close to my work
Disliked: The AC was not working properly. It was coming on for a few seconds and then it was turning off. This cycle was getting repeated constantly and the room temperature was becoming very uncomfortable so much so I could not sleep the whole night. I ended up changing rooms the next day.Alos, not enough towels for two people.

Liked: The staff was the nicest. The same lady was there everyday. She would remember what we talked about the day before and make sure to follow up.
Disliked: More lighting

Liked: A wonderful variety of options for breakfast.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioning kept turning on and off all night so the room was hot then chilly, then hot again. There were no clean towels in the pool room. Had to ask for towels at front desk.

We stayed at two hotels...

Liked: Better than most complimentary breakfasts and staff was great. Layout and design was excellent, including an available patio. Location was such that you could walk to buy anything that could be needed. A simple thing like a patterned shade showed the attention to detail to make our stay important to Fairfield.
Disliked: A towel rack to hang wet towels would have made drying our towels easier.
