Pretty disappointed at the whole...
Liked: The property itself was over all clean and comfortable
Disliked: Stayed here as a getaway with my kids to swim. My children got yelled at and harassed by another guest at the pool. I went and told the staff although they vocalized that was wrong nothing at all was said or done to the other guest. Made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

Need a refund please!!!
Disliked: I paid on this app before I got there.. then was charged again when I got to the hotel ... They said what I paid on this app did not match ...i have the picture of being double charged on my banking app how do we fix this please???

We are repeat visitors &...
Liked: There was a big selection of breakfast food - much better than other hotels we’ve stayed at.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, however we wish the front desk lady had explained we would see $ charged on our credit card for ‘incidentals’, that would be refunded if not used.

Liked: Location is great. Building is run down and under staffed. Pool was very dirty and no air conditioning in hall ways, lobby and breakfast dining area. Very convenient but not in good working order

Just a word: impersonal.
Liked: I'd have liked some bread for toast, not just bagels and muffins, and a bread knife would have been useful. People were having a ridiculous struggle each morning to split bagels with tiny plastic knives; they didn't fit in the slicing gadget provided.Also, why all this waste with nasty disposable plates and cups and horrible plastic cutlery? It's unpleasant and definitely not eco-friendly.
Disliked: The staff failed to greet any of the guests. I made a point of saying "good morning" to everyone I came in contact with - some of them looked surprised- but a greeting was never initiated by them.

All in all the hotel...
Liked: The property was clean and met expectations. Dining area was adequate and the scrambled eggs seemed to have been met that morning. A shout out to the lovely night clerk who boiled some water for me to have hot tea.
Disliked: The pool was under maintenance. There wasn’t 24 hour hot coffee and tea water available.
