Really nice find.

Liked: This hotel is a gem. The lobby is small but the 2nd floor lounge is super nice. We enjoyed the room as well, well laid out for a morning of work.
Disliked: I wish I had found the 2nd floor lounge earlier. I found it for breakfast. Otherwise I really liked the hotel and the whole setup.

Liked: It was close to restaurant
Disliked: Not many parking spots but they did validate the garage parking ticket Cleaning wasn’t done every other day as we were told.

Power outage pitch black safety...

Disliked: There was a power outage that lasted a couple hours. There were no emergency lights. Only glow sticks had to walk up six flights of stairs with heels on and suitcases when checking in because my husband had already checked in a couple hours prior. We had a dinner reservation that we were too close to the start time so we were unable to switch the reservation or switch hotelsWhen I followed up the following morning as to inquiring about what was happening in terms of a refund or a credit for another stay, etc. I was told by the manager they can only offer us 1000 points. I told them we do not have an account we don’t want points. We don’t ever travel. This was a special occasion And they told us that’s all they could do

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: They charged me for parking which no one mentioned it would be a 13 dollar charge for each day.People were stereotypical towards me and my husband because of our skin color. We walked into the breakfast lounge and a lady said oh all the food will be done after these two are Finished with it. In the elevators people kept looking at us making us feel very uncomfortable.Till this day racism still exist! We were just there to support our child who was debating at Harvard. My son did not stay in the same hotel as us We mentioned it to an employee but they did not show any interest in our concerns.
