Good service at front desk and beautiful rooms. It made our night at the concert go by very smoothly. The location was great along with great service.

Liked: Staff was great. Cookies a great asset
Disliked: Dead or dying flowers at the entrance. 1st impression?? A little water. How difficult is that for staff standing or sitting around. Hotel really showing its age. Supposed to have maid service both days. Finally told them Sunday morning we were out of towels and would be out of the room for 2 hours. 6 hours later I had to speak to the lady in the hallway to find out when they would clean our room. Big communication problems. Finally after we were both frustrated she finally figured it out. Not good.
