Comfortable and decent.
Liked: Friendly staff and the room was clean. The toiletries very minimal but for a one night stop it was good. Didn’t eat the breakfast so I don’t know about it.

The extremely unprofessional service I’ve...
Liked: Staff is rude and unprofessional. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever received.
Disliked: I was discriminated against and treated like a criminal for no reason. My card declined, instead of informing me of this. The hotel called the police to escort me off the premises. I had to wait for my uber at Starbucks. This added discomfort to my stay. Upon being rushed out of the room I left items of value. I’ve called the hotel to make them aware of this and they stated this situation as the reason they won’t assist in recovering my property. I don’t feel safe at this location. I will never make a reservation with this hotel ever again. The treatment I’ve received at this hotel has me considering discontinuing my use of booking.com.
