Overall a good stay.

Liked: Location was close to my medical appointment.
Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable. All the traffic noise.

Disliked: Assistant manager was fairly unfriendly and was having an attitude as soon as we walked in. We didn’t have housekeeping for the first 2 days, and when they came at the 3rd day, they didn’t add soap or toilet papers. Coffee machine wasn’t working. even at the breakfast we didn’t have access to drinking water and we were told to buy from the front desk.

Liked: Location - I arrived on Birmingham by Amtrak, and the station is only a block away. Comfort and cleanliness were very good, as was breakfast.
Disliked: No bar, but there’s one at the sister hotel nearby.I was there two nights and my room wasn’t serviced in the middle day, but could have been a simple mistake.

Liked: The staff were by far the best part of the stay. Professional, polite, knowledgeable. We could have had a problem. Their attitudes would have made it all ok.
Disliked: It was like bread and butter, a flawless stay.
