Liked: Our stay was nice. The hotel is conveniently located across from our meeting venue. Although to warm to walk, the location prevented us from having to maneuver traffic. Staff were all pleasant.
Disliked: There was a smell in the room that was almost unbearable. Fortunately, we were able to be move to another room the day after our arrival. We later found out that it was a known ventilation problem. Why we were assigned a room within the "smelly" area with other rooms available is beyond me. I personally appreciate a more proactive approach.
