Good enough, with compromises.

Liked: Reasonably convenient location, respectable amenities, responsive staff (when staffing the front desk—none available at checkout)
Disliked: Hallways dirty, excessive salt/sidewalk anti-ice treatment on perimeter of facility, no non-dairy milk to have cereal at breakfast, zero fresh fruit, bad powdered eggs.

Comfortable affordable and cozy place...

Liked: Cost was reasonable, great location close to downtown, great breakfast considering and very helpful staff. Comfy bed too.
Disliked: Kids in the hot tub but that’s more on the parents.

Very good

Liked: Pretty much all was great. The bed could have been better, but other than that, it was a great place to stay. Will definitely stay there again. Great value.
Disliked: Bed could have been a little softer.
