Staff was friendly but for...

Liked: The staff was exceptionally nice and our room was decently clean.
Disliked: I felt like the cost of the stay was a bit overpriced. The continental breakfast was low on options and I paid for a pull out bed yet we only had a couch in our room.

I always come here when...

Liked: It was clean and welcoming
Disliked: The showers just need a bit of touching up but other than that very neat as nice.

Very good

Liked: The person who checked me in said she did not have me reserved for the dates I was in town. I scheduled the reservations for 11/13-11/15, but it was showing up in booking.com for 11/20-11/22. She worked with me and was able to correct it. I really appreciated that. She was very kind and accommodating.
Disliked: The shower pressure was horrible.
