Liked: The attitude of this one worker at the front desk was unacceptable. She acted as if I did something wrong when I asked about an extra $360.00 I was charged when I clearly paid before my stay. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would have them contact me about the extra charge. No one ever contacted me and when I spoke to the next person on the shift, she told me that she would get a message to the manager and would refund my money within 3 to 5 business days. I could have went off on that staff but I kept a level head about it and am waiting on my refund. She asked for my card for incidentals, but charged $360.00. Otherwise our stay was amazing.
Disliked: Attitude needs to be adjusted. Unhappy ppl shouldn't bring that to work. Otherwise the stay was ok.

Impressive, clean, great staff, big...

Liked: Location was off the highway, easy to get to and lots of parking and access points to enter the hotel to get to your room. The room was very nice, clean. Carpets were clean. Room smelled nice. Bathroom was well stocked a had a nice big shower! The beds were super cozy and the pillows felt like down pillows they were so soft. The tvs are big and there were tow. One in sitting room and one in bed area.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little disappointing, but I was grateful to have some warm coffee and a piece of toast. Muffins were a bit stale and the waffle area was a total mess. The elevator was interesting. I did not feel safe as they jolted, made grinding noises and squeaked up and down as it went. I took the stairs :)
