Would definitely come back again

Liked: The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. The room was lovely and the staff was super sweet and welcoming.
Disliked: The room service was very upsetting. I waited an hour and a half and then I had to call to ask about my order. I wasn't aware the food wasn't made at the hotel. It took over 2 hours to feed my 4 year old son and myself but I don't fault the hotel staff or anything for that.

It was a great hotel...

Liked: The property was very clean and the location was very convenient.
Disliked: The front desk lady was on her personal cell phone when I checked in, on a phone call. While I’m giving her my information I didn’t like that. And the Wi-Fi wasn’t connecting literally the whole time. I was able to finally connect my last day of my stay. The WiFi was off.

Easy location for the airport...

Liked: Great location close to the airport. Free shuttle was easy to organise and efficient! Reception staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Rooms are a little dated, pool wasn’t open.

Decent. Friendly. Comfortable. Spacious.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Shuttle easy to schedule. Family-friendly. Breakfast had a gluten free muffin and fresh fruit. Coffee was plentiful. 11 minute walk to 1 bus line. 30 minute walk/5 minute drive to Light Rail. Located close to standard restaurants. No outside traffic/noise.
Disliked: Noise of bathroom flushing from other rooms, heavy footed guest above, door slams, elevator chime. Not worth complaining over, but worth noting. Not going to find a lot of healthy or other food lifestyle options nearby (e.g., gluten-free, plant-based etc...)
