NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!!!

Disliked: THE FRONT DESK STAFF UNABLE TO GIVE DISCOUNT (BOTH ON ARRIVAL & DEPATURE)ADVISING ONLY SUPERVISOR ARE ABLE TO GIVE DISCOUNT AND NO SUPERVISOR ON THE FRONT DESK TO GIVE DISCOUNT!!!! DEPARTURE GAVE A CARD OF SUPERVISOR TO CALL AND ASK FOR DISCOUNT & ADVISE HE WOULD BE FORWARDING AN EMAIL TO SUPERVISOR ADVISING AND WOULD RECIEVED AN EMAIL OF SITUATION AS OF NOW NO EMAIL!!!

In Bakersfield, you get what...

Liked: The breakfast options were better than I expected they would be, and the coffee very good. I forgot my phone charger, and JC at the front desk loaned me one so that I could charge up my badly-drained phone. That made my day!
Disliked: The bed could have been a bit softer.

Comfortable and satisfying stay.

Liked: It was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt amazing. I was able to get a good nights rest. I enjoyed that I was able to use my Netflix on the tv as well.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better but for the most part it was ok. The coffee was strong which was actually surprising and a good thing.
