Lovely hotel, pretty good location,...

Liked: We checked in a bit after 11PM and the check in lady was wonderful. Very polite and helpful! Breakfast was WONDERFUL. I looove waffles and I don’t normally have them, the rest of the selection was excellent as well. The room was clean and nice!
Disliked: It always seemed like there was trash in the elevator. Pieces of papers on the ground, Kleenex and even a single sock balled up.Our rooms heater only seemed to blow cold air so even though it was cold in the room and we had it set to 72, it was only blowing cold air, but we were only there for two nights and we didn’t want to bother anyone!The shower also is nice but has a bad design, you have to get into the shower fully to turn it on and almost always get blasted with cold water!

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of options.
Disliked: The hotel should have salted the parking lot as there was a lot of ice which was slippery and dangerous.

Amazing stay

Liked: It was extremely clean, modern and the staff was amazingly friendly.
Disliked: The location is a little sketchy but I knew that before even going there. I felt extremely safe in this hotel still.
