Liked: Friendly and very polite staff offering excellent customer service. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Shade in my room was broken and therefore unable to let light in. Insufficient lighting on room. Maybe a stand up lamp in the corner will add a bit more light. Two reading lights on either side of bed weren't working.

Not worth the amount.

Liked: Loved the location, staff and those who were staying along side of us. Parking was great as well, felt very safe and out of harm's way. Driving distance wasn't bad either.
Disliked: The price was fairly high for this to not be a set tourist area of Atlanta. Overall the cleanliness of the rooms were poor. There were rodents present and the bathroom was not cleaned well.

Liked: My stay was canceled and I was still charged even. After I made several attempts to change my accommodations due to traffic and the servers and systems crashing this Friday

Disliked: Only had one ice machine working on the 3rd floor I was on the 1 floor, the plugs were missing had a power strip only. Breakfast was dismal. I had to sit in the lobby for an hour to check in and was checked in after people who came in after I did.

Liked: Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the food very much.
Disliked: We didn't expect them to clean our room since we were staying two nights but we did expect them to bring clean towels and empty the trash. Those things were not done.
