Very nice, very clean, comfy...

Liked: Room was basic, comfortable, very clean. We liked that there was small recyclable bins in the room! The shower amenities were very good. Breakfast was pleasant, with a selection of hot/cold foods, plenty of coffee and juices. Seating area very nice.
Disliked: We didn't like that we could hear every noise above our room and in the hallway. It seemed the person/s above us were building something or moving furniture.

Disliked: The customer service very poor has to change rooms four times to get an air conditioner that worked properly staff didn't really accommodate well for the inconveniences

Beautiful and will be back.

Liked: Everything was perfect, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was big and spacious. The facility itself was clean. The breakfast bar was superb, clean and they also had waffles omg the best. During breakfast no offense didn’t ask they name but the Caucasian slim lady and Indian slim man came around and checked on everyone to make sure we were satisfied and even asked about our stay. The guy that was in charge of breakfast did a phenomenal job.
Disliked: When checking in the Indian lady could have been more friendly. I had to look at my key card to see what room I was in because she didn’t vocalize it or anything of that nature but asked for ID and insert card for payment.
