The food was very nasty; the bed mattress needs to be replaced - the springs were bad in the back. There was a 3 inch streak of bug guts on the ceiling. The room smelled.

Liked: The convenience to the venue.
Disliked: The bed; the morning breakfast and the dirty room.

Rooms were clean and employees were nice and helpful.

Liked: I don’t get to even stay here, due to be told it was cancelled on arrival.
Disliked: Booking and the accommodation did not notify me in advance so we had to quickly organise another place to stay for the night.

Liked: Very close to everything I needed to do. Didn't want the breakfast.
Disliked: No hot water, refrigerator unbalanced, cabinet door missing, telephone not working, tv no clear picture. Overall uncomfortable moved to another room. Sink stopped up in bathroom. TV no clear picture refrigerator unbalanced again different room. Staff apologized for inconvenienceI would never work for a company like that.

Liked: Everyone from the front desk to the hotel staff as well as the valet attendants were so nice, polite, friendly and very helpful. They made our stay enjoyable. The room was perfect for my family and the breakfast was fabulous.
Disliked: The streets of Atlanta-it had nothing to do with this hotel or the staff.

No Good at all!

Liked: The only thing we liked was The Valet Staff. The Valet Staff was very nice and eager to help. They even recommended other parking options.
Disliked: We Ran from this Hotel as soon as we pulled up. We saw 3 Huge Rats right in front of the door. Homeless people hanging around the door. It was very scary because one homeless woman screamed at us. We decided to find another hotel, so we couldn’t get a refund which is find. But for some reason they charged me for food packaging/extra charges even though we did not stay there. The location was horrible and it smelled so bad walking in there.

Liked: The let out bed was horrible the mattress was disgusting it was dirty stains all over it and my son couldn't sleep on it because it was broken on one end and they're was no guess parking which should have been included I had to pay $50to park which was crazy. My first time there plus the staff told me that he would apply my $50 incidental charge to parking but instead they changed my csrd twice. I'm from Chicago I will not rebook
