The bathroom's moldy smell is...

Disliked: The bathroom smelled moldy, and shower stall was dated.

I had a wonderful and...

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional!!! I loved it and looked forward to it every morning. Such a variety of possibilities, from fresh fruit every day, delicious coffee - in 3 varieties (bold, medium, decaf), hot o cold cereal, with different kinds of milk - even veggie oat milk, to eggs (scrambled or in a English muffin, or hard-cooked free range eggs), turkey or pork sausage, batter to make a fresh waffle in a waffle iron that was always hot and ready, butter, syrup, jam, muffins, English muffins, yoghurt, biscuits and gravy (I didn't get around to that but a lot of people were enjoying it every day), and everything was always stocked up and restocked during the breakfast period. The management continually replenished a table with small bottles of water available to guests. There was also a convenience "store" corner stocked with all kinds of things in case you wanted to get an evening meal, soft drink or water, snacks and treats, etc.The manager and reception staff were so kind and helpful, always professional, and assisted me on various occasions, including and especially with lifting my heavy suitcase.
Disliked: I was surprised that the cleaning service, although the staff was very careful, discrete, helpful and polite, did not empty the wastebasket every day (which I quickly filled up with tissues because I had a cold), although I really think they just did not want to bother me.Unfortunately, something went wrong with my television connection towards the end my stay, but the kind management quickly assessed that the best thing was to offer me to relocate to a room next door that had become available, which they did immediately and the problem was solved.

Disliked: The light switch when entering the room controls the appliances so by me not sleeping with lights on I woke up to hot drinks

Nice safe place to stay...

Liked: The food was regular breakfast fare at, Hot, ready, tasty and enough to start the day for my wife and I. I always enjoy the fresh waffles, sausage and fruit.
Disliked: The remote for the TV could have worked better.

Will never stay here again

Liked: Rose on morning shift was very kind
Disliked: Was charged multiple times for one stay. Stains on bed. No trash bags in cans. Rude night shift employees. No towels at pool. A/C didn’t keep room cool.

Served our purpose

Disliked: The beds and pillows are extremely soft. Too soft
