Everything but being awaken at...

Liked: Cleanliness and room layout. All hotels should have showers like this one.
Disliked: Someone thought it would be funny to set the room alarm for midnight. When you have had a heavy travel day, it was not funny. This was not the fault of the hotel . We always use are phone alarm. Perhaps the hotel staff can check to see if the alarm has been set after a guest leaves in their cleaning process.
