We will definitely stay here...

Liked: We booked & checked in late in the night (after 10pm). Staff at the front desk was very nice. Room was nice; very clean & updated. LOVED that check out time was 12noon so that we were not rushed to get out of the hotel and have to sit at the airport all day waiting for our late afternoon flight. About a mile and less than a 5-minute drive to the airport.

Liked: The hotel was near enough to plenty of food and retail locations.
Disliked: The first room I was put in had a bathtub that looked unsavory, to say the least; I was expecting a walk in shower since that's what was on the pictures when I selected my room and booked my stay. The second room had a dip in the bed and flat pillows. Needless to say, I had a backache for the three days that I stayed there. Upon waking the second day with an aching back, I was hardly able to walk straight (no exaggeration). I asked if they would refund me for the remaining night and they would not; there was no compassion shown for my plight. Just a "No, there's nothing we can do about it." No apology or anything
