Crappy experience, not staying here...

Liked: Good breakfast
Disliked: Construction on every level due to a fire sprinkler system malfunction from 2 weeks earlier. Dust, dirt and plastic on the floor everywhere. Wile trying to check in, the ‘repaired’ system alarm went off every 30 seconds (loud) and the desk clerk had to excuse himself to reset. Had to put up with same alarm at breakfast. Hotel doors locked after 8pm were inaccessible, card system for guest access was broken, had to pound in the front door to get desk attention to let us in the hotel. Also at night a guest on our side of the building had thumping bass music causing vibration going ALL night. Staff did not seem interested in tracking it down. Workout room closed due to repairs. We paid a premium over regular rates to stay during Thanksgiving, felt like they should have paid us to stay there.

Liked: Near my daughter’s school, continental breakfast, fitness center
Disliked: The signage light half works bulbs need to be replaced, made it it look unsafe, they don’t clean the rooms daily and swap out towels no small bottles of water at breakfast , no breakfast meats on Friday

Liked: Friendly staff, clean hotel, and perfect distance to go to Six Flags. Breakfast was good, and our stay was very comfortable. We will definitely be back for our next trip.
