NO HOT WATER

Liked: The first young lady we had at check in was very nice and friendly to us.The was very big. The bed slept good. It was hot in the room because of the position of the air conditioner and no hot water.
Disliked: It was hot that night. The air is hitting under the bed. the night shift lady is rude and not friendly at all. I asked for a refund because it not been no hot water. My husband had been there before complaining about the hot water,she told him to let him to let it run 20 mins. We let run that night for an hour and the next morning 45 mins. We hear tell the maintenance man as we are checking out to go check. SMH! I still need a refund.

Liked: had a descent breakfast with good service and help if needed
Disliked: The room given first had a very bad smell, like mildew or something. Had to stay in room until next day afor the person running front desk was very unhelpful??? told us it was not her fault the room was bad and she done nothing to help. The second room was not much better, but not smell as bad!! Also pool was not working and had been down for a while with no estimation of fixing??
