Nice room, friendly staff, but...

Liked: Our room was clean and pretty nice
Disliked: The pool was nasty, cold, and dark. Half the lights in our room had bulbs out. There was no bedding for the hide-a-bed so we had to go get it.

Liked: Good location, clean
Disliked: Property was nice, staff was not the friendliest. Wanted to argue instead of looking deeper into the issue and help resolve the minor issue.

Would stay again if in...

Liked: Good location for what we needed. Seemed upgraded and clean
Disliked: I had 4 people in my room and they would only give us 3 towels a day that we would have to ask for. The dirty towels piled up in the room for our 4 day stay. One day we left and were locked out of our rooms. Had to get new keys. No expirations or apologies.

Too expensive for quality

Disliked: The fact it was a newer hotel and the cost, the tub leaked, our ceiling at water damage, the power breaker tripped when we turned heat on, 1 elevator was down, the handle in the working elevator was broken, the one exit door only opened from the inside ,and the fact the exit stairwell had an obvious mouse trap/box...
