Too expensive for quality

Disliked: The fact it was a newer hotel and the cost, the tub leaked, our ceiling at water damage, the power breaker tripped when we turned heat on, 1 elevator was down, the handle in the working elevator was broken, the one exit door only opened from the inside ,and the fact the exit stairwell had an obvious mouse trap/box...

It was great!

It was a 70/30% experience....

Liked: Location and property were convenient, nice, and very clean and inviting. The staff was helpful and cheerful. Our room was clean and smelled clean. The accommodations were great. We did need some extra towels and they were quickly brought to our room by a cheerful and helpful staff member.
Disliked: Our room had several bugs - easily eliminated but I will admit to being uneasy about how many I couldn't see. The shower had very limited if no hot water. There was hot water in the sink but nothing past tepid in the shower. We thought it was a fluke the first morning. After the second morning of tepid water in the shower, we did mentioned it to the front desk.
