Liked: Tonya the manager went above and beyond. She called their sister hotel and got approval for me to use their hot tub. This made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much!!

Overall the stay ended up...

Liked: I stay there several times a year for a full week, and have always had good stays there. Steph is always very friendly, rooms are typically quite clean, and breakfasts are nice. I like it's convenience to my customers.
Disliked: The room had a very noisy heating system and I actually did not sleep well the first night or two. I changed my room to a more acceptable room. The staff was accommodating, helpful and apologetic.

Liked: We loved the free breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean. The location was perfect because it's close to everything even though we rented a car.

Liked: The breakfast time was too short, so it was completely full of people and was unable to eat.
Disliked: The noise of the heater

Disliked: Need a handicap room was hard for me to open the doorr myself
