Liked: Location was real. Easy access to the freeway in the east and west directions. Only 15 minutes from Disneyland.
Disliked: Lots of ants in the hotel. They need to have better control of bugs.

Disliked: Room #521 Room ac unit ,fan motor was making a loud humming noise for 2 nights in a row, I reported to the front desk, and I was told they would take care of it, second night fan motor continue to make noise all night, I reported to the hotel operator for assistance, hotel operator say "I'm sorry but we do not have a technician available tonight. The 3rd night, someone finally showed up and fixed,but now I had another issue in my room. Somehow,our room had a horrible

Construction & Upgrades happening but...

Liked: I really enjoyed the location of the hotel and how the area is set up. I also liked the breakfast offered.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the condition of the room I was given. It had some sort of leak within the walls, and you could immediately smell the humidity upon entering. There were visible puddles, and the water had seeped through, causing the walls to swell noticeably. It was clear this issue had been overlooked, and nothing would have been done if I hadn’t called the front desk to request a room change. Quality checks and inspections should be conducted thoroughly before making a room available to guests.
