Liked: Clean and modern, easy to get to right off the highway.
Disliked: The staff upon arrival were less than welcoming, I was ignored at first for just a few minutes while the front desk attendant spoke to another employee about something not work related. When I left to check out in the morning, I was completely ignored by a different front desk attendant with her headphones in, another person came up to the desk and they were helped ahead of me, as I stood right there waiting, it was awkward and off-putting. Will not be staying there again, there are at least two other places I’ve stayed in Amarillo with better value and much more friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: Property is wonderful. I particularly enjoyed having an excellent restaurant on property. It’s nice to stay in your hotel to eat after a long drive.
Disliked: it’s a bit odd that a Fairfield and 4 Points share the same building. Once inside, the properties are differentiated by carpet color. I checked into to “4 Points” desk, so I had a long walk to my room.

Disliked: I did get woken up a couple of times around 4 by either staff or customers But I did hear loud bangs a couple of times But other than that it was a great stay
