I was very pleased from check-in to check-out. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful! Very pleasant stay.

Liked: The bed was the highlight of the stay, followed by the shuttle! Breakfast was a good assortment of healthy and other items.
Disliked: The front desk staff on 12/31 was not really interested in being there (or was having a bad day). After a cancelled flight, I booked through booking.com @$125, another person on the flight called the hotel and was quoted $250 for the night. Your property was not full, unless the property exists as a writeoff, you should have given a better rate. NYE in Allentown is not exactly the same as a larger city.

Liked: Hotel staff-SUPER Polite—Extrrmely helpful-Jonathan and front desk personnel were very hospitable.The kitchen staff at breakfast ( a gentleman) kept that buffet hot and stocked and the cafeteria was immaculately clean. He was very polite and accommodating.Stayed 2nites-am really not pleased with the room being tended to every 2 days-the housekeeper I spoke with was very nice and polite-Not pleased with this trend in the hotel business.m,as rates still increase with less amenities. The TV -old and dated and should be updated.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. I was hoping for more hot options. Staff were very friendly & helpful!The rugs looked brand new which was nice.
Disliked: The beds weren’t very comfy. You can feel the springs on the mattress.

Liked: We have very old and dear friends living in Bethlehem PA. This was the first time that we stayed at the Fairfield Inn while visiting them. It was such a good choice! Our room was clean and comfortable. We received a gift bag with water and snacks when we checked in. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available in the lobby. Then we discovered how great breakfast was in the morning! There was a wonderful assortment of items, both hot and cold. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. Someone was there to refill things and keep the area neat. We had a really great stay at the Fairfield Inn and plan on making it our first choice for our next visit.
