Liked: Friendly and helpful staff upon arrival, extremely clean and comfortable room, and nice little touches like the dim bathroom light (my eyes are very sensitive, and no hotel I’ve ever stayed in has had an option for a softer bathroom light—my favorite touch that has me wanting to book only with Fairfields in the future.) The shower in the King room seemed very luxurious with the large walk-in shower and spacious counters. We didn’t use either, but the gym and pool areas were top knotch as well. A wide variety of breakfast offered as well.
Disliked: Nothing stood out as upsetting.

Disliked: mold growing behind bed, charged 2 of my credit cards. The website said I would not be charged before I got to hotel. it said tell them at check in if I wanted to change cards. I told them at check in and ran my credit card. Then looked at my checking account and it was already ran out of that account. Tried talking to manager. She said when they get down to 10 rooms they run the card anyway. Now I am waiting for credit She moved us to a new room when we showed her pictures if mold. I am very disappointed. I have stayed there several times and was very satisfied. Not this time.
