Worst welcome but good hotel...

Liked: Clean, quiet rooms. Great location. Laundrette. Most of the staff were very friendly. Lady helping at breakfast was amazing: so friendly and caring.
Disliked: Terrible greeting at reception (the worst on our trip...) After a long drive the man/woman behind the counter barely greeted us and was so quietly spoken we honestly couldn't understand a word they said. They also messed up our reservation - trying to give us another room despite us having made the booking about nine months ago. Also all the cutlery is plastic and there's so much waste. Please get real plates and metal cutlery.

From MD to ABQ

Liked: The front desk associates were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that the reservation was for 4 people and they only provided amenities for 2 to 3 people. The trash cans provided for trash could only hold a very small amount of trash, which in turn, I took out our own trash. And both elevators were broke at the same time. Please put liners in your trash cans no matter the size of the can.
