Great hotel - would use/again.

Liked: Good; clean; spacious; great staff.
Disliked: No windows; just a little odd and dark!

Great downtown Albany hotel

Liked: Nice hotel and well situated downtown! Comfortable and clean rooms and great staff.

Liked: The breakfast is ok, the room was clean
Disliked: The hotel is under renovation, and they didn’t inform us. The central heating wasn’t working, and there was a very noisy heating unit in the middle of the room. I paid over $200 per night, and they gave me ONE bottle of water for 4 days; everything else you have to pay for. It’s a good hotel, but extremely overpriced.

This is my second time...

Liked: It’s very comfortable and there is complimentary breakfast

Liked: Central location in downtown Albany.

I would consider staying again...

Liked: Check in was quick and easy.
Disliked: Parking is down the street and around the corner. I arrived late at night and did not enjoy the unfamiliar walk.

Denied Handicap Parking

Liked: Location to the MVP ARENA. The Housekeeping staff were so friendly even though they seemed overwhelmed
Disliked: Was promise Handicap Parking, with was blocked by a giant dumpster. Was basically laughed at by the front desks when I asked about it, stating I had a email from September 21st 2024 from the Management of the Hotel assuring me that I would have Handicap Parking

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: Nice hotel with good sized rooms with excellent water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: I asked for extra pillows and never received them
