Great hotel - would use/again.

Liked: Good; clean; spacious; great staff.
Disliked: No windows; just a little odd and dark!

Disliked: Bedsheets were not fresh. When I peeled back the top sheets there was hair and the sheets were yellow. I went downstairs since the phone didn’t work to call the lobby and they handed me a bag with sheets to change myself. Overall, the staff were very bland. No welcoming feel, at check in I could not hear the guy and he seemed annoyed that guest were there. The lights are also very dim. Throughout the night there was a beep sound every so often of a device they have on the wall for Bluetooth and it make it very difficult to sleep.

Liked: We’ve been many times. Perfectly located for a concert at the Egg. Can’t wait for the renovation to be completed. It’ll be even more spectacular.

Nice location but smelly room

Liked: The location was central, close to bars and restaurants
Disliked: Our room stunk! I asked the reception staff and they just gave me a can of air freshener. No offer to change rooms or re-clean. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
