Liked: This location is safe, simple, modern and just a perfect place to be comfortable in. No other hotel could compare in this area. I am a student in ASU, and strongly encourage that you stay in this hotel, even if it's not on the cheaper side, I still ENCOURAGE STRONGLY that you stay here, it's so safe and the staff are sweet and hardworking

Liked: This was the best hotel room we have seen in a while. The room and bathroom were spotless. Everything in perfect condition. I love the nice flooring as opposed to scary carpet. Beds and pillows were great. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. I would absolutely stay again.
Disliked: I have nothing to say, every thing was above average.

Liked: Staff was very kind and helpful, nice and updated lobby, and the rooms were very, very comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, the shower had a stain on the floor.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. It was poorly stocked when we arrived at 9:30, but the person working the buffet tried to refill things as she could.The room was nicely furnished.
Disliked: In general it was very noisy. We heard noise between the hallway and room. The rooms next door were very noisy. We could hear talking and footsteps above us
