The hotel it self was...

Liked: Location was good, easy to get around and easy to find.
Disliked: If I had a working TV the first 2 nights life would have been great!

Unbelievably bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The shower curtain was too short and the water got on the floor We only had one coffee & one coffee cup Our view was a extremely run down hotel Cars raised up and down the road and they were so loud you could sleep We asked for a wake up call but never got it.

Enjoyable stay.

Liked: breakfast was good.
Disliked: Toilets need to be upgraded to handicap/comfort height.

Bad

Disliked: The fact that paid $219.47 for a king suite with a spa tub which the lady at the desk tried telling me I didn't make any reservations so after my integrity was insulted I showed proof of my reservation which btw I still didn't get, then the they gave us an already occupied room. Very poor service and I want my refund! y'all screwed me out of the room I paid for!

Less than expected

Liked: Our room was large. Breakfast was good offering many options. I have dietary restrictions and could find healthy food for me to eat.
Disliked: Our hot water didn’t work. We had two tvs in the room. One didn’t work at all and the other got only one channel. The exercise room was lacking. No free weights, no floor mats, no exercise ball. Just 2 treadmills and an elliptical. And a weight machine that I don’t quite know how to use.
