The place was nice and...
Liked: We went to breakfast at 8:30 a. m. The food was halfway gone. We asked for more eggs to be put out but no one put out more eggs. There was no juice in the juice dispensers. Therefore we went to Wally Walfles for breakfast.
Disliked: The kitchen and front desk attitude about breakfast.

Disliked: I was bumped from my booking when I arrived for my reservation with my young daughter for our girls' trip. The person at the desk said they couldn't accommodate us, they were completely full. He told me my reservation was canceled because I "didn't have a card on file" even though my credit card had already been charged and I had checked in online the night before. When I asked politely if there was anyway to find a room, I was told there wasn't a single room available and he couldn't help me. He informed me booking.com should have let me know it had been canceled. I had to take my daughter back to the parking lot and scramble to find accommodations and get what was supposed to be a fun weekend away, back on track for her sake. It was a complete letdown, poor customer experience, my 6 year old daughter was in tears, and I will not waste my time or money booking at this hotel again.

Liked: Location off highway
Disliked: Breakfast area & items were not well attended in the morning, they were out of coffee at 8:30am. We discovered tiny ants on the nightstand in our room when we woke up in the morning. We were not able to get an early check in & had to rush for a wedding, which is why we chose this location. The attendant working at the desk when we called about early check-in & when we arrived at the hotel was not pleasant & could use some customer service training.
