Good stay ruined by surprises.

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. Good restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good with many choices.
Disliked: The unexpected incidental and parking charges. Was charge $7 for parking in a non-secured parking lot. Incidental charges brought my bill up $29. I was told I will be credited but none of this was explained during check-in, and I have not received and credit.

Liked: This was my second time at the hotel. I booked again based on the great experience I had during the first stay. The breakfast was very good. We liked the scrambled eggs, english muffins and oatmeal. Loved the variety of toppings for the oatmeal. Also, the coffee was great! All in all, a very nice, clean area with sufficient table space for everyone. We also used the washer/dryer which was a lifesaver.
