Disliked: The pillows. The pillows sucked so bad & the parking fee.

Wonderful stay with fabulous customer...

Liked: We have stayed in a lot of hotels over the past 10 years due to sports schedules with our children, and this was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in! We loved the size of the room, the large bathroom, the cute shade that came down, the breakfast and the hospitality from all of the workers there
Disliked: If I had to actually pick one thing that went wrong during our stay, it would have to be that there wasn’t enough conditioner in the bottle for my hair! Haaaaa

Disliked: I like that the front desk a combated us to move to a better room because our first room was unacceptable… we think someone was sleeping in the room that worked there

Liked: Convenient, comfortable room.
Disliked: Ran out of kleenex in room and front desk entire hotel was out of tissue boxes.

Comfortable in Aberdeen.

Liked: Very clean, pleasant staff and conveniently located off I-95. Upon check in, Booking.com messed up my name and the reservation couldn’t be retrieved. The front desk assistant persevered and resolved the issue.
Disliked: Everything was great.
