Liked: Breakfast and the help of a lady that worked front desk.
Disliked: The experience with the white older gentleman. When checked I gave him our reservation code and supposedly input that number. He never did and charged me for one night when my stay was for 3 nights. He then proceeded to charge me $15 for parking. Which was odd to me because the reservation said free parking.

Liked: Indoor pool and Jacuzzi
Disliked: Would be nice to have bigger, better pool towels

We’ve stayed here 3 times...

Liked: For us it’s the location, restaurants and fuel nearby and easy access to the freeway.

Good

Liked: Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
Disliked: The breakfast was very light on with a limited selection compared to all the other places of similar standards on our trip.

Disliked: Parking. Multiple work trucks parked in front in compact spaces

Been here twice in two...

Liked: Location is great, easy access to the freeway, restaurants and fuel. Close to downtown.
Disliked: Beds may be ready for new mattress, quite a sag in one of the queen beds.

Not happy

Disliked: Our commode was stopped up when I reported it the clerk said I can give you a plunger. Unacceptable to ask a guest to plunge their commode. Should have offered another room but I plunge it didn’t help so I asked for another room and they did give it to us.
