Disliked: The night shift desk clerk that checked us in on November 9 th,was not very friendly or helping more in her phone then paying attention to customers walking in.

Disliked: We booked through Expedia and couldn’t ask for a late check out… :( We come here frequently so we’re disappointed in that.
