Liked: The staff and location were great.
Disliked: The television in the room did not work that well. Most of the channels did not work. The NCAA basketball final four was on, but we could not get it on the tv. Also, the heater/AC did not work properly at all.

Liked: The waffle breakfast was good.The room was very nice.The receptionist was pleasant.Gym looked great (didn't use it).
Disliked: The bathroom could use some work. The tub had a stain.I was charged $12 for parking-I had no idea they charged for parking. Not happy about that.

Disliked: We had a room with two beds. We saw on the ground that there was some food not cleaned (a big bretzel with chocolate was smashed on the ground, it was not a small miss in terms of cleaning). We decided to let go. But when we were about to sleep, we saw under the cushions that there were a lot of hairs ! We checked the second bed, it was the same ! Like really a lot. So we asked the staff who offered us a second room. The crazy thing is that this room had some plastic straw on the ground (not that bad, but proof that it was not really cleaned) and also a few hairs in the bed ! Less than the first room, but we guess they had a washing machine issue or whatever. So really a big cleaning issue, never saw that before ...
