Liked: Nice room, comfy bed, free parking, heated pool and jacuzzi, decent breakfast.
Disliked: Hearing elevator sounds in the room.

Never again

Disliked: For one thing, they had no hot water in the morning! So don't come here if you are used to hot showers. On top of that awfulness, they sold me a room, and when I came back after working, there was a note that I was getting kicked out at 8 am because they wanted to change the mattresses. Extremely bad, unprofessional management that has no problem disrespecting paying customers.

Easy access to food and...

Liked: Staff was friendly and it is conveniently located to some fast food restaurants and amenities. Easy access to the freeway.
Disliked: It was undergoing a facelift so the reception desk was looking shabby, and the lobby smelt of paint.

Missed the mark

Liked: Room was clean but construction was going on.
Disliked: construction was going on and all of the workers were occupying all of the handicap spaces. I'm currently going through chemotherapy at city of hope that is why I stay there. Staff laughed it off it was weird. No compassion no maid service at night.
