Liked: Chardanay was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. She had high energy and very welcoming. She was a pleasure to see when we arrived. Great personality!!!

Liked: I had to be at the airport at 4 am and the shuttle was right there to gete when called. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There was no bar...I would have liked to chill with a glass of wine ...
