Small hotel, quiet , and...

Liked: The room was charged a premium rate as they stated it had a hot tub. What they failed to mentioned is the tub in the room was small and just a regular old tub. A little false advertising.Also had to wait to checkout while the front desk clerk was on the phone. Several people had asked if I was helped but no one helped me.
Disliked: Cost for extra that was not provided. Morning check out staff.

Liked: The breakfast bar was a little cramped. There was a wrap around corner of the bar that only one person at a time could get to. The breakfast service and assortment of food was very well presented and tasty.
Disliked: I was traveling with a relative and only one suitcase table was available. There were no additional luggage racks for a second suitcase in the entire hotel. However, the manager did provide us with a sturdy chair to hold the second suitcase. That turned out to be acceptable for the purpose.

Liked: I really appreciated the fresh cage, free eggs for breakfast. I normally can’t eat powdered eggs so the breakfast was really good. The ladies that took care of us for breakfast were absolutely wonderful. Maintenance was fantastic and responding to our maintenance needs, housekeeping was amazing. Definitely will be back
Disliked: Instead of sausage, can we have some fried potatoes and or bacon?
